Returns & Exchange Policy
**We have a firm NO Refund Policy on ALL orders
Now Offering exchanges for if you purchased the wrong size!!
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Return item in orginal packaging, unworn brand new condition
- Must be exchanged within 15 Days of receipt
- Include Your original Order #
- You will receive a store credit via email which can be used to purchase the correct size or anything else that you choose.
- KJCOUTURE reserves the right to refuse an exchange if any conditions are not met (your item will be returned to you without notice)
- Use Caution when trying on shapewear, undergarments must remain on, exchanged items must appear BRAND NEW with no signs of try on or the exchange will be refused without notice.
- Discontinued Fajas are Final Sale and not Eligible for exchange
All Other Returns (Store Credit only, No refunds)
For all other items we will accept your items for store credit within 15 days. Credit will be issued for purchase price less shipping cost ($7.99) ( Last Chance items are not eligible for exchange or store credit)
exchanged items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains/ Try On Stains and free of odor.

Orders are charged immediately upon submission. They can not be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us and we will issue a store credit for the purchase price. If the order has not yet been shipped we will include the shipping charge in your store credit.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to KJ Couture and for re-shipping for exchanges. Customer is also responsible for $7.99 shipping cost of original order (even if received free shipping)
Return Processing time:
Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed. Original shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
